What is MFMFinder.com/store?

MFMFinder.com/store is a multi-vendor marketplace where users can buy, sell, and discover unique products. We provide a secure and user-friendly platform that connects buyers and sellers seamlessly.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on the “Sign Up” button at the top of the homepage. Follow the instructions to register as a buyer or vendor. After, submission, your profile will be reviewed, and you will receive a response via email or a notification in your profile.

Is MFMFinder.com/store free to use?

Creating an account and browsing products is completely free. However, vendors pay a 10% commission on each sale.


For Buyers

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse the marketplace and find the product you want.
  2. Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your shipping and payment details.
  4. Confirm your order, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Some vendors may offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from the vendor via email or through your account dashboard.

What if I have an issue with my order?

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact the vendor first. If the issue is not resolved, you can submit a dispute through our support team.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation depends on the vendor’s return policy.

What is the return/refund policy?

Each vendor has their own return and refund policy. Please check the vendor’s terms on the product page before purchasing.


For Vendors

How do I become a vendor on MFMFinder.com?

To become a vendor, go to your profile, select “About”, then select “Preferences”, scroll down and select “Apply to become a vendor” and complete the application. Once approved, you can start selling on the marketplace.

What fees do vendors pay?

Vendors pay a 10% commission on every sale. Additional payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method.

How do vendors receive payments?

Payments are processed through PayPal, bank transfer, or other supported methods. You can request a withdrawal from your dashboard.

How do I list a product?

  1. Go to your Vendor Dashboard.
  2. Click “Add New Product” and fill in the details (title, description, price, images, etc.).
  3. Submit for approval if required.

Can I offer discounts or promotions?

Yes! Vendors can create coupons, discounts, and special promotions from their dashboard to attract more buyers.

What happens if a buyer disputes an order?

If a dispute arises, the buyer and vendor should try to resolve it first. If no resolution is reached, MFMFinder.com’s support team will mediate the dispute.

Are there any restrictions on what I can sell?
