1. Introduction

Welcome to MFM Finder (mfmfinder.com). By accessing or using our multi-vendor marketplace, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Vendor Registration and Accounts

  • Vendors must provide accurate information when registering an account.
  • We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any vendor account at our discretion.
  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

3. Product Listings and Sales

  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their listings comply with all legal requirements.
  • All product descriptions, pricing, and images must be accurate and not misleading.
  • MFM Finder reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these terms.

4. Commission and Payments

  • MFM Finder charges a 10% commission on all sales made through the platform.
  • Payments will be processed through the chosen withdrawal method (e.g., PayPal, Bank Transfer).
  • Any additional withdrawal fees (e.g., PayPal fees) are the responsibility of the vendor.

5. Reverse Withdrawal Policy (For Cash on Delivery Orders)

  • If a vendor accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, they must remit the 10% commission to MFM Finder.
  • Reverse withdrawals will be automatically deducted if enabled.
  • Failure to comply may result in account restrictions.

6. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

  • Vendors are responsible for timely shipping and order fulfillment.
  • Vendors must provide tracking details where applicable.
  • Disputes related to shipping delays will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

  • Vendors must specify their return and refund policies in their store settings.
  • Customers may request refunds or report disputes through our system.
  • MFM Finder may intervene in disputes if necessary, and our decision will be final.

8. Vendor Conduct and Restrictions

  • Vendors must not sell illegal, prohibited, or counterfeit items.
  • Vendors must not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Violation of these policies may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

MFM Finder is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for transactions, disputes, or product quality. Vendors and buyers assume all risks related to their transactions.

10. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any vendor or user account that violates our Terms and Conditions.

Optional self-background screenings may display a “Background Verified” mark, but MFMfinder makes no guarantees about their accuracy.

Proprietary Rights

  • Exploiting or soliciting minors (report to support@mfmfinder.com).

  • Unauthorized access, hacking, or disrupting the Website.
  • Soliciting or advertising without permission.

Service and Modification
